Located in the heart of the thriving Bearden area of Knoxville, 414 Forest Park’s location could not be any more convenient. Our community is within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and businesses, and our proximity to downtown means our residents are never very far from the region’s best entertainment. If that wasn’t enough, we are only about 10 minutes away from the University of Tennessee campus.

In addition to being conveniently located, 414 Forest Park offers some of Knoxville’s most beautiful views. From the top floors of our building, the Smoky Mountains can be seen: a gorgeous backdrop for the downtown Knoxville skyline. Our residents can enjoy our rooftop pool while gazing over some of the most beautiful scenery that can be found in the Knoxville area.
